In this training, you will develop your accounting, decision-making, budgeting and planning skills. You will learn to assess risks accurately, control them and use this knowledge in your planning to achieve your targets. You will use quantitative and qualitative information to measure business performance. Furthermore, you will learn to manage risks that pose a threat to investments, supply chains, financial results, governance, risk & compliance (GRC) and the continuity of an organisation.

The paper will be concluded with either a paper-based or a computer-based exam. The exam will be conducted by the external examination authority ACCA. See www.accaglobal.com for more information on the planning and booking of your exam. Costs have to be paid directly to the examining body. Upon passing the exam, you will be awarded the certificate 'ACCA Performance Management' by ACCA.
On average, the training takes 2 months to complete. Your training consists of 2 phases with a gap of 1 or 2 months between those phases, allowing you to process phase 1 and prepare for phase 2:
Phase 1: A block of 3 consecutive days to cover the ACCA syllabus for this paper

Phase 2: A block of 2 consecutive days. Phase 2 consists of a summary of phase 1, the remaining syllabus and mock exams to prepare you for your exam
