ACCA Corporate & Business Law (Global)


This paper will introduce you to the foundations of international law. You will become acquainted with legislation on international trade and will learn how to apply the the appropriate rules for your company. You will look into the different types of international corporations and gain an understanding of the various forms of funding these businesses can profit from. In short: a valuable training for you and your company.

The paper will be concluded with a computer-based exam. The exam will be conducted by the external examination authority ACCA. See for more information into the planning and booking of your exam. Costs have to be paid directly to the examining body. Upon passing the exam, you will be awarded the ACCA Corporate & Business Law (GLO) certificate by ACCA.

Course details

On average, it takes 2 months to complete the training. Your training consists of 2 phases with a gap of 1 or 2 months between each phase, allowing you to process phase 1 and prepare for phase 2:
Phase 1: A block of 3 consecutive days to cover the ACCA syllabus for this paper
Phase 2: A block of 2 consecutive days. Phase 2 consists of a summary of phase 1, the remaining syllabus and mock exams to prepare you for your exam

Training days start at 10.00 a.m. and end at 4.00 p.m. Each day consists of 2 meetings and a lunch.
