ACCA Financial Reporting (International)


In this paper, you will learn to use theoretical frameworks to prepare financial statements. You will familiarise yourself with reporting in accordance with the international accounting standards and learn how to incorporate taxes, different types of assets and foreign currency into your report. You will become familiar with the international regulations and will be able to apply them in your financial statements for single entities and business combinations.

The paper will be concluded with either a paper-based or a computer-based exam. The exam will be conducted by the external examination authority ACCA. See www.accaglobal. com for more information regarding the planning and booking of your exam. Costs have to be paid directly to the examining body. Upon passing the exam, you will be awarded the ACCA Financial Reporting (International) certicate by ACCA.

Course details

On average, it takes 2 months to complete the training. Your training consists of 2 phases with a gap of 1 or 2 months between each phase, allowing you to process phase 1 and prepare for phase 2:

Phase 1: A block of 3 consecutive days to cover the ACCA syllabus for this paper

- 4 October
- 5 October
- 6 October
Phase 2: A block of 2 consecutive days. Phase 2 consists of a summary of phase 1, the remaining syllabus and mock exams to prepare you for your exam

- 14 November
- 15 November

Training days start at 10.00 a.m. and end at 4.00 p.m. Each day consists of 2 meetings and a lunch.
