ACCA Audit & Assurance (International)


Audits are of vital importance to companies and their stakeholders. They ensure that the company is working according to the law and that the correct procedures are being followed. In this training, you will learn how external audits take form. You will gain insights into the control systems that are available to companies and the role of IT in the validation of data. You will also learn to work with different types of reports to record your findings.

The paper will be concluded with either a paper-based or a computer-based exam. The exam will be conducted by the external examination authority ACCA. See www.accaglobal. com for more information regarding the planning and booking of your exam. Costs have to be paid directly to the examining body. Upon passing the exam, you will be awarded the ACCA Audit & Assurance (International) certificate by ACCA.

Course details

On average, it takes 2 months to complete the training. Your training consists of 2 phases with a gap of 1 or 2 months between each phase, allowing you to process phase 1 and prepare for phase 2:

Phase 1: A block of 3 consecutive days to cover the ACCA syllabus for this paper

- 10 October
- 11 October
- 12 October

Phase 2: A block of 2 consecutive days. Phase 2 consists of a summary of phase 1, the remaining syllabus and mock exams to prepare you for your exam

- 13 November
- 14 November

Training days start at 10.00 a.m. and end at 4.00 p.m. Each day consists of 2 meetings and a lunch.
