You will learn to use difference models to assess the company's performance. By doing so, you take external influences and risks into account, including macro-economic, market and fiscal data. The outcomes form the basis of your advise to management and will help them decide upon which you take external influences and risks into account action to take for each specific business context. At the end of the training you will be able to accurately measure and control business performance and plan to achieve future business goals.
5-7 hours of preparation per meeting
The paper will be concluded with an exam. The exam will have to be taken by the external examination authority ACCA. Upon passing the exam, you will be awarded the Advanced Performance Management certificate by ACCA.
On average, it takes 2 months to complete the training. Your training consists of 2 phases with a gap of 1 or 2 months between each phase, allowing you to process phase 1 and prepare for phase 2:
